This Privacy Policy describes how Infobolt ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, processes, shares, and protects your information when you use the Infobolt platform, admin dashboard, chat widget, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Account Information
Name, email address, business name, website URL, and account credentials.
Integration Data
If you connect Gmail, Instagram, or Shopify, we access data necessary to provide the Service — including messages, email content, order information, and account identifiers provided by those platforms. We only access data required for service functionality.
Customer Communication Data
Chat messages, email content, Instagram direct messages, and associated metadata.
Usage Data
IP address, device information, browser type, and analytics logs.
We use collected information to provide AI-powered customer support automation, generate draft responses to customer inquiries, look up order information, improve service functionality, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations.
Our system uses artificial intelligence to read customer messages, generate draft responses, and retrieve relevant information from your knowledge base and connected integrations. Customer messages and knowledge base content are processed by third-party AI providers. Infobolt does not train AI models on user data.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with service providers (cloud infrastructure, AI processing, analytics), integration platforms (Google, Meta, Shopify), and legal authorities when required by law.
We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon termination or request, data is deleted within 30 days. Disconnecting an integration immediately revokes access and removes stored tokens.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including OAuth 2.0, encryption at rest, and HTTPS for data in transit. However, no online system is entirely secure.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@contact.infoboltai.com or by disconnecting integrations from the admin dashboard. You may also revoke access from your Google, Instagram, or Shopify account settings.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Meta, Shopify, and OpenAI. Their privacy practices are their own, and we do not control or endorse them.
Our services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates become effective when posted. Material changes may trigger email or in-app notification.
