Use of the Service is conditioned on accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By accessing the Service you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the entity you represent. Client accounts are provisioned by Infobolt and are not self-service.
Infobolt provides AI-powered customer support automation for ecommerce brands. The Service generates draft responses to customer inquiries across email, Instagram DMs, and live chat, and provides read-only order lookup via Shopify.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Shopify) via OAuth. By connecting an integration you authorize us to access data necessary to provide the Service. You may disconnect any integration at any time. These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft responses. AI outputs are suggestions and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications before they are sent to End Users.
You retain all rights to your data and content. You grant Infobolt a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for operating the Service on your behalf. Infobolt does not train AI models on user data.
Infobolt exclusively owns all rights to the platform, software, and technology. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering any Service component is prohibited.
Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for Terms violations or third-party provider requirements. All granted rights cease upon termination.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of AI-generated content.
Maximum liability equals the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Infobolt excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.
You agree to indemnify Infobolt from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or communications sent through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will receive reasonable notice. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
